Play fair, respect the community and keep public spaces useful for everyone.
1. Respect the community
Treat every player with respect. Harassment, threats, targeted abuse, hate speech, racism, homophobia, discrimination and sustained hostility are prohibited.
2. Fair play only
Do not use bugs, glitches, scripts, automation, unintended mechanics, cheats, tricks or any other method that gives you an unfair advantage.
3. Never exploit the economy
You may not obtain Coins, Gems, cards, tickets, boosters or any other game item through an exploit, bug, duplication method or other unfair mechanism.
4. Report bugs — do not use them
If you discover an error or unintended behavior, stop using it and report it through Support Tickets so it can be investigated.
5. English only in Global Chat
Global Chat is English only so moderation and the wider community can understand public conversations.
6. Keep support out of Global Chat
Questions, complaints, appeals, bug reports and moderation reports must be submitted through Support Tickets, not Global Chat.
7. Prohibited extreme content
Hardcore gore and scat content are prohibited in community areas, uploads, profiles, messages and chat.
8. One account per player
Multiple accounts are not allowed. Creating or using more than one account may result in the suspension or closure of all related accounts.
9. Do not bypass moderation
Do not evade warnings, restrictions, blocks, suspensions or other moderation measures, including by using alternate accounts.
Enforcement
Violations can result in a warning, temporary restrictions, suspension or a permanent ban depending on severity, intent and repetition.
